Frankincense resin comes from a tree native to parts of Africa and the Arabian Peninsula. To obtain the resin, the tree is scored and the sap which comes out hardens with exposure to air, thus forming into small droplets or “tears” which are then harvested. These “frankincense tears” are simply what you have here.
All returns require prior permission. Customers may return most new and unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of invoice for full refund. Customer pays return shipping fees.

The Monks of Mt. Tabor will gladly ship a replacement and reimburse return postage for defective, incorrect, or short shipped items. Return postage is reimbursed at USPS Priority Rate.

If a package arrives damaged, the customer should refuse shipment. If an item is received damaged, the customer must report it immediately to the shipper. Packaging material must be retained for inspection to receive credit or replacement.
